Microsoft Publisher 2003 Keyboard Shortcuts

Working with Web pages and hyperlinks

Hyperlinks can also go to newsgroups and to Gopher, Telnet, and FTP sites.) at the insertion point in a text box.

Sending e-mail
ALT+SSend the current page or publication.
CTRL+SHFT+BWhen the insertion point is in the message header, open the Address Book.
ALT+K or CTRL+KWhen the insertion point is anyplace in the message header, check the names on the To, Cc, and Bcc lines against the Address Book.
ALT+. (period)When the insertion point is anyplace in the message header, open the Address Book in the To field.
ALT+CWhen the insertion point is anyplace in the message header, open the Address Book in the Cc field.
